1、 Water supply system
For the water supply system, it is necessary to refer to the operating procedures to monitor the water supply pressure, flow and other conditions on site, and also to monitor the water supply pressure and flow stability. When monitoring the water supply pressure, it is more scientific to use the method of observing the pressure gauge. When there is no pressure gauge, you can step on the water supply hose with your feet. If you feel that it is only slightly deformed, it basically meets the requirements. When monitoring the water supply flow, it is not only detected when the pump unit is idling, but also under the working speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump group. Sometimes when the water supply flow is slightly insufficient, when the speed of the pump set is low, the false flow will be sufficient. Once the pump unit works at full speed, the abnormal shutdown will cause serious damage to the parts of the high-pressure cleaning pump group. Therefore, sufficient water supply pressure and flow can avoid negative pressure evacuation, bubble burst and cavitation in the hydraulic end of high-pressure cleaning pump group. When the pressure and flow meet the requirements, the service life of valve plate and valve seat can be guaranteed. On the contrary, the life of parts will be reduced several times.
There are two reasons for insufficient water supply. One is that impurities in water supply will not only block the filter and damage the valve port, but also greatly reduce the valve seat life of high-pressure cleaning pump. At the same time, there will be false insufficient water supply and pump set shaking. Another reason is that regional water supply pressure is insufficient and unstable, which affects water supply. If the water supply monitoring is not in place, there will be serious consequences without appropriate measures, which shows the importance of pump unit operation monitoring.
2、 Power end
For the power end of automatic high-pressure water cleaning machine, the rotating speed, running time, lubricating oil quantity, oil quality, oil pressure, temperature and vibration should be monitored. The details are as follows:
The monitoring temperature includes the temperature of main shaft bearing, crankshaft bearing, oil tank, oil circuit, and the temperature before and after the oil cooler. It's best to use a thermometer to measure, because everyone's perception and description of temperature vary greatly. The operators say that the pump set is "very hot", which may be 60 ℃ or 80 ℃, which is difficult to accurately record and analyze. The vibration monitoring includes horizontal, vertical, anchor and bearing parts. The instrument should be used as much as possible to reduce the artificial feeling error and description error.
Under normal condition, the change of parameters of parts from new to old has its inherent law. The temperature fluctuation is higher in the initial stage, lower and stable in the middle stage, and changes rapidly in the later stage.
3、 Hydraulic end
To monitor the flow rate, the flow rate of the hydraulic head, the flow rate of the hydraulic head, the flow rate of the hydraulic head, the vibration of the water head of the hydraulic pump, and the pressure of the water pump. Because many moving parts of the hydraulic end are hidden in the pump body, it can not be observed directly when there is abnormal, so only indirect means can be used to analyze and judge. Therefore, the pressure and flow of the hydraulic end should be detected regularly when using. The following aspects should be considered when the hydraulic equipment is not in normal operation:
1. The pressure of automatic high pressure water cleaning machine is unstable
① If the inlet valve is not closed tightly, the high-pressure water will leak into the low-pressure system (water supply system). It is necessary to check whether the outlet flow of high-pressure water is reduced and whether the pressure drops, and whether the water supply pipe vibrates;
② If the drain valve is not closed tightly, high-pressure water will leak between several stuffing boxes. It is necessary to check whether the outlet flow of high-pressure water decreases and whether the pressure drops, and whether the high-pressure hose shakes;
③ If the nozzle is worn, cracked and blocked, it will also lead to the change of flow and pressure, but there will be no shaking of water supply hose or high-pressure water pipe;
④ If the nozzle selection is too small, the nozzle flow and pump unit flow, speed matching is not appropriate, will produce serious periodic pressure fluctuations or can not reach the set pressure;
⑤ In case of pressure regulating valve seal failure, the residue of squeezed and torn sealing ring is jammed between the valve core and the valve sleeve, which causes the movement of the valve core to be blocked and the position of the valve core is out of alignment. There will be irregular changes in the outlet pressure, a large amount of water is discharged from the overflow port, the flow rate of high-pressure water outlet is reduced, and the pressure drop is reduced. At the same time, the abnormal sound in the pressure regulating valve is accompanied;
⑥ If the valve port of the valve core and valve seat is damaged and cannot be closed tightly, a large amount of water will be discharged from the overflow port, the flow rate of high-pressure water outlet will be reduced and the pressure will drop.
2. Packing box and plunger seal problems
① If the clearance between the sealing element and the plunger is too tight, the surface of the plunger is very clean, oil-free and water-free, but the surface of the plunger is hot (the plunger will change color, yellow and blue in serious cases), and the temperature of the sealing part of the stuffing box will rise;
② If the gap between the sealing element and the plunger is worn too much, large leakage will occur at the plunger seal (spray leakage will be formed in severe cases). When the plunger seal keeps 6-30 drops / min leakage, and the temperature of plunger and seal is close to water temperature, it belongs to normal operation state.
