Why is the pressure of high pressure cleaning equipment unstable?

High pressure cleaning equipment is composed of high pressure pump and power supply. In these structures, the function of water flow supercharger and high-pressure pump is to form a certain amount of water into high-pressure water flow. The function of components driven by power sources such as electric motor and diesel engine is to provide power guarantee for booster high-pressure pump. In general, most high-pressure cleaning equipment will use a set of valves and pump heads to form a pressurization system to generate high-pressure water flow.

Firstly, the water pressure is put into the inlet valve by the plunger, and then it is pressurized to pass through the outlet valve. The purpose of the valve is to prevent water backflow and thus control the water flowing through the high-pressure pump. The inside of the valve is composed of a spring and a bracket, which uses different pressure difference on both sides of the valve to complete the operation of water flow pressure. When the flow pressure on the valve is greater than the spring can bear, the valve will open. On the contrary, when reverse stroke is operated, the flow will automatically squeeze the bracket on the seat to ensure that the valve is closed, thus preventing water backflow. We can know the working parameters of the high-pressure pump, that is, the flow rate and pressure per minute. These parameters are used to indicate how much water the high-pressure pump ejects through the nozzle in one minute, and to ensure that the water flow has the rated pressure value.
Three ways to adjust the inner diameter of the pump can be adjusted by changing the inner diameter of the pump. The second is to increase or slow down the reciprocating speed of the plunger; the third is to extend or shorten the reciprocating motion of the plunger.

There are many reasons for unstable pressure of high pressure cleaning equipment
If the water supply valve is not closed to high pressure, the water supply system will leak. Check whether the high-pressure water outlet flow decreases, whether the pressure drops, and whether the water supply pipe shakes.
2. If the drain valve is not closed tightly, high pressure water will leak between multiple stuffing boxes. Check whether the high-pressure outlet water flow decreases, whether the pressure drops, and whether the high-pressure hose is shaking;
3. If the nozzle is worn, cracked or blocked, the flow and pressure will also change, but the water supply hose or high-pressure water pipe will not shake;
4. If the flow rate and flow rate of the nozzle are not too small, the flow rate will not match the pressure of the nozzle;
